This is the site of Jan Wachtmeester. I am a photographer from Groningen (The Netherlands) with a passion for travelling and sports. Together with Inge Vos I own Spirit Creations. Travelling to various places around the world gives me the opportunity to meet beautiful people, to enjoy local foods and drinks, to enroll in a variety of activities and sports (kite, snowboard, ski, footvolley), to make pictures of others doing the same (on a higher level preferably :-)) and shoot images of beautiful scenery and magical moments. Here I proudly present my best images to you. You can browse through the images, you can post an image of your liking to your FB page, pin it or tweet it to all your followers. Above that you can buy your favourite image to be delivered at your home.
All the photos will be printed to the highest quality and with the brightest colors onto photo paper and mounted behind acrylic glass. The acrylic glass makes the photo incredibly bright and gives a lot of depth. The sizes of all the photos are 90x60cm (35,5x23,5 in) (unless stated otherwise).
For every print you order I will be planting 2 trees at ride for earth. Why? Because I like to ride and take pics of people who ride. Ride for earth: “We started Ride For Earth to make it fun to do good things for our planet and keep having fun while enjoying the sports we love”. Even if you don’t ride there’s still 2 trees planted because of you. How cool is that?
